For sale a 4-string Markbass Kimandu in Old White.

The Kimandu model along with Kilimanjaro model (both assosiciated with one and only Richard Bona) were a bass series with which Markbass entered the bass guitar market in 2019 – there was no room for error, and the quality had to be top-notch (as with their amplifiers) – and that’s exactly what it is!

This one is a first-generation model with an alder/okume body, manufactured directly in Italy. Later models (2nd generation – marked F1) have body are made of spruce. It’s worth noting that current Kimandu models (the Gloxy series) are manufactured in Asia (China).

The bass has been used exclusively in a home studio; its visual condition is close to perfect (9.9/10). Technical condition is excellent. It features a 3-band EQ (bass, mid, treble), two volume knobs, and one tone knob (which also function in active mode, significantly expanding the preamp’s tonal range).
